Role Overview: As a Sales Development Representative at Recite Me, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to communicate the value of our accessibility software and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. What You'll Do: - You will proactively research and identify potential leads in target markets. - You will engage prospects through personalized outreach via phone, email, and social media. - You will qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess their fit and readiness. - You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies. - You will maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activities in the CRM system. - You will contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on messaging and market trends. - You will participate in training sessions to deepen product knowledge and sales skills.
