Role Overview: As a Sales Development Representative at Recite Me, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to communicate the value of our accessibility solutions and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. What You'll Do: - You will proactively research and identify potential clients who can benefit from our accessibility software. - You will engage prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads. - You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and messaging. - You will maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status using CRM tools. - You will qualify inbound leads and respond promptly to inquiries to nurture interest. - You will participate in regular training sessions to deepen your understanding of our products and industry trends. - You will contribute feedback from prospects to help refine our sales approach and product offerings. What You Bring: - 1-3 years of experience in sales development or inside sales, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. - Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot. - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently. - Basic understanding of web accessibility concepts is a plus.
