What You'll Do: - You will proactively research and identify potential leads within target markets. - You will engage prospects through personalized outreach via phone, email, and social media. - You will qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess their fit and readiness. - You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies. - You will maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status in our CRM system. - You will participate in regular training sessions to deepen your product knowledge and sales skills. - You will contribute feedback from prospects to help refine our messaging and offerings. What You Bring: - You have 1-3 years of experience in sales development or a related role, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. - You are comfortable using CRM software and sales engagement tools. - You demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated approach to meeting and exceeding targets. - You have a basic understanding of web accessibility and digital inclusion concepts. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a mission-driven or socially impactful organization. - Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG. - Previous success in outbound sales campaigns and lead qualification. - Knowledge of the SaaS sales cycle and software solutions.
