Role Overview: As a Sales Development Representative at Recite Me, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to communicate the value of our accessibility software and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. What You'll Do: - You will proactively research and identify potential leads within target markets. - You will engage prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. - You will qualify inbound leads and assess their fit for Recite Me’s solutions. - You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and messaging. - You will maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system regularly. - You will contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and outreach techniques. - You will participate in training sessions to deepen your product knowledge and sales skills. - You will provide feedback from prospects to help refine our product and marketing approaches. What You Bring: - 1-2 years of experience in sales development or a related customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or technology. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot. - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently. - Basic understanding of web accessibility and digital inclusion is a plus.
