You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to communicate the value of our accessibility software and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. What You'll Do: - You will proactively research and identify potential leads in target markets. - You will engage prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. - You will qualify inbound leads and assess their fit for Recite Me’s solutions. - You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and messaging. - You will maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system regularly. - You will participate in ongoing training to deepen your understanding of our products and industry trends. - You will contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding monthly lead generation targets. What You Bring: - You have 1-3 years of experience in sales development or a related role, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable using CRM software and sales engagement tools. - You demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You have a proactive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
