Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager at Recite Me, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our accessibility solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support to foster long-term partnerships and drive customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their unique accessibility goals. - You will lead onboarding processes, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of Recite Me’s software. - You will proactively monitor customer health metrics and usage data to identify opportunities for engagement and growth. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and support to address customer needs and feedback. - You will deliver training sessions and resources to empower customers to fully utilize our accessibility tools. - You will resolve customer issues promptly, acting as their advocate within the company. - You will contribute to the development of customer success strategies and best practices. - You will track and report on customer success metrics to inform business decisions. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role. - Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and software adoption processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. - Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive customer engagement. - Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing customer relationships. - Passion for accessibility and inclusion in technology. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the accessibility or assistive technology sector. - Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Background in training or educational roles. - Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
