Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager at Recite Me, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our accessibility software. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support to help them achieve their accessibility goals. What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, building long-term relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. - You will guide customers through the onboarding process, providing training and resources to facilitate smooth adoption. - You will proactively monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience. - You will collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues promptly. - You will gather and communicate customer feedback to inform product development and service improvements. - You will develop and deliver presentations and reports to demonstrate the value and impact of our solutions. - You will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support business growth. - You will stay informed about industry trends and accessibility standards to provide expert advice. What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. - You have a solid understanding of SaaS products and technology adoption processes. - You are highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. - You demonstrate problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs. - You are passionate about accessibility and inclusivity in technology. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the accessibility or assistive technology sector. - Familiarity with web accessibility standards such as WCAG. - Background in software training or technical support. - Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
