Location: Remote / Flexible (NYC, Vegas, or LA preferred) – Travel Required Type: Full-time About the Role We are a rapidly growing Power Bank Sharing network on a mission to power the largest gatherings across the United States. From the FIFA World Cup 2026 venues to South by Southwest (SXSW) and CES Las Vegas, we want our stations to be everywhere. We are looking for a National Event Partnership Manager to spearhead our expansion. You won't just be managing a local territory; you will be building a nationwide network of partnerships with stadium operators, festival promoters, and large-scale convention organizers. Key Responsibilities 1. National Business Development (50%) • Identify Tier-1 Events: Proactively secure placements at major US events (Super Bowl, Coachella, Art Basel, TechCrunch Disrupt, etc.). • Strategic Partnerships: Negotiate multi-city or multi-year contracts with event management giants (e.g., Live Nation, AEG, ReedPop). • Pipeline Management: Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to contract execution across different US time zones. 2. National Operations & Deployment (40%) • Cross-Country Logistics: Coordinate with logistics partners to ship and install stations at venues across the US. • On-site Supervision: Travel to major event sites to oversee large-scale deployments and ensure brand standards. • Vendor Management: Recruit and manage local freelance technicians or brand ambassadors in different cities for setup and support. 3. Strategy & Scaling (10%) • Market Analysis: Identify which US cities and industries (Healthcare, Gaming, Sports) offer the highest ROI for power bank sharing. • Product Feedback: Work with the tech team to adapt hardware/software based on specific venue requirements (e.g., outdoor festival weather-proofing). • Who You Are • Experienced: 4+ years in B2B Sales, Sponsorships, or National Account Management. • Industry Veteran: You already have a "Rolodex" of contacts in the US event or venue management industry. • Road Warrior: You are excited about traveling 30-50% of the time to major hubs like Las Vegas, Orlando, Chicago, and LA. • Tech-Savvy: You understand the logistics of IoT devices and hardware deployment.
