Rebekah Care At Home is looking for an energetic, relationship-focused Home Care Marketer to join our growing team. This is a field-based position responsible for expanding our presence in the community, building strong referral pipelines, and increasing patient admissions. We need someone who is proactive, resourceful, and determined to drive results. Qualifications: • Previous experience in healthcare marketing; home care experience strongly preferred. • History of successfully building and sustaining referral partnerships. • Solid understanding of the Bronx healthcare system and local referral network. • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. • Able to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems confidently. • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Primary Responsibilities: • Utilize existing professional connections with SNFs, physician practices, hospitals, and other providers to generate leads. • Seek out and establish new referral opportunities across the Bronx. • Maintain ongoing, in-person contact with referral partners to strengthen collaboration. • Document and evaluate marketing activities, identifying trends and areas for improvement. • Partner with the clinical and intake teams to ensure smooth onboarding of newly referred clients. • Represent Rebekah Care At Home at industry events, community programs, and networking functions.
