Overview The Senior Project Manager, IT Mergers and Acquisitions, is accountable for IT due diligence, Day‑1 readiness, and post‑close integration across acquisitions. This role orchestrates cross‑functional technology assessments, plans, and cutovers; owns risk, security, and compliance alignment; and ensures the acquired company’s technology environment is efficiently integrated with our enterprise standards, tooling, and operating model. The role partners closely with the Integration Management Office (IMO), Finance, InfoSec, Cloud/NOC, and IT PMO to deliver business value, continuity of operations, and cost/talent synergies. Responsibilities Complete standardized technology diligence for all deals; deliver executive-ready reports and risk heatmaps within LOI timelines. Achieve ≥95% Day‑1 operational readiness (identity, email, endpoint, connectivity, service desk/NOC visibility). Deliver post‑close integration plans (apps, data, cloud, security) with milestones in Launch/IT PMO; meet scope, schedule, and budget baselines. Close high/medium findings from pen tests/code scans/dark‑web assessments within defined SLAs. Qualifications 10+ years in IT enterprise; 2+ years leading M&A technology diligence and integrations end‑to‑end. Hands‑on breadth across Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), IAM/Directory, Endpoint/MDM, Networking, Observability/NOC, CI/CD, App/Data integration. Strong security/risk grounding (SOX ITGC, NIST/ISO practices). Familiarity with enterprise project tooling (Launch, IT PMO pipeline). Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
