Hours = Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM -4:00 PM Responsibilities: • Perform preventative maintenance and routine maintenance. (mid-level handyman experience) • Ensure completion of work orders using the work order system. • Cleaning around clubhouse, restrooms, and pool area • Power Washer • General maintenance, janitorial, and grounds work throughout the Community Associations. • Periodic inspections of grounds, common area buildings, and structures. • Advising the supervisor of needed repairs, improvements, and safety issues. • Understanding of Carpentry, Concrete, Doors, Drywall, Fencing, Cleaning, Gutters, Locks, Plumbing, and Painting a plus • Other work-related tasks Qualifications • High school graduate or GED required • Previous maintenance assistance strongly desired • Able to follow through on directives and tasks • Good Communication skills (English) – Bilingual a plus • Problem Solver & self starter • Dependable & Reliable • Take great pride in your work • Detailed Oriented • Flexibility and adaptability • Able to manage time between tasks • Good judgment and decision-making • Computer skills (MS Office) Pay and Benefits: $20.00/hour to $22.00/hour, depending on education and experience.
