About the Job ⭐️ At Realm, we're passionate about supporting homeowners through their renovation journey and creating meaningful connections within our communities. We're currently looking for a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Part-Time Event Sales Representative. This isn’t your typical sales role — we’re looking for someone who thrives in the lively atmosphere of community events (think: farmers markets, sporting events, retail pop-ups, etc.). 🚀 What You'll Do: • Book meetings with homeowners at local events — this is a performance-driven role, so the more meetings you book, the more you can earn. • Set up and break down your own event booth, including tent, table, signs, and promotional materials. • Represent Realm by engaging with attendees and clearly and confidently explaining our services. 🧰 Requirements: • Own a 4-door vehicle or larger — must fit your event kit. • Able to lift and transport materials (up to 50 lbs) as part of booth setup. • Comfortable standing and engaging with attendees for extended periods. • Strong people skills — you’re approachable, proactive, and clear in conversation. • 2+ years of experience in face-to-face sales, events, or customer-facing roles. • Able to use basic booking tools; Slack and Google Suite are a plus. • Weekend availability preferred, with some weekdays/holidays depending on event schedule. • Must have access to a computer for training, meetings, and onboarding. 💰 Pay & Perks: • $23/26 hour base pay • Uncapped commission paid monthly – earn more based on performance • Ongoing training and support provided $1,000 Bonus: • One-time bonus after 3 months on the team with a 1.7+ average of qualified meetings per event 👋 Sound Like You?
