Full Description

The Marketing Associate plays a critical execution role supporting RBG's marketing engine. This position is responsible for bringing campaigns to life across email, social media, paid channels, events and content - ensuring initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, and with impact. The role works closely with Marketing, Sales, Supporting Partners and Operations to support pipeline growth, brand awareness, and internal communication. Key Responsibilities Campaign & Channel Execution Develop and support email marketing campaigns, including targeted outbound and nurture programs. Support agency in content creation for all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram). Support paid search and paid social initiatives. Support industry publications and PR releases, including coordination and asset preparation. Conference & Event Support Coordinate conference logistics, including shipping materials and swag to event locations. Ensure booth, collateral, and assets are prepared and shipped on time pre-event; support post-event follow-up including shipping, content and communication. Order and manage swag and promotional materials to support conferences, meetings and events. Assist with content creation tied to events (emails, landing pages, social posts) Content & Creative Support Create and support content for internal employee communications and external client communications, including templates for presentations, decks, and marketing assets. Support creation of campaign assets (emails, one-pagers, social copy, landing page copy). Support end-of-year employee and client gifting initiatives; ideation and coordination. Graphic design capabilities. Digital & Systems Support Build and update landing pages in HubSpot. Track and report on campaign performance and execution status - comfortable creating tracking tools if needed. Experience with Salesforce is a plus (not required). What Makes You a Fit - Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordinator role. Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Experience supporting email marketing, social media, events, and/or campaigns. Comfortable pivoting as priorities change; proactive and execution focused. Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects. Detail-oriented, proactive and reliable with strong follow-through. Collaborative mindset with a bias toward action. Comfortable working in HubSpot (preferred), CANVA, Adobe (preferred) and common marketing tools - comfortable learning new systems. Salesforce experience is a plus. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Campaign execution accuracy and timeliness. Email and social media engagement metrics. Qualified leads and meetings supported through marketing programs. Conference/event readiness and post-event follow-through. Quality and consistency of internal and external communications. KPI's for each marketing tactic weekly/monthly.
