Job Type: Full Time Job Category: IT Job Title: Windows/VMware Administrator Location: Wilmington, DE- Remote Permanent FTE Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Required skills - Windows , VMware, Windows & VMware Administration Windows clusters and other OS configuration expertise Proven troubleshooting/critical thinking skills VMware Infrastructure Knowledge VMware Clustering Hardware knowledge iDRAC/ILO Administration Scripting (Powershell, as example) Automations (Server remediation, as example Basic networking knowledge Hands on experience on ServiceNow and ITIL processes Experience in vCenter migration Good to have : Backup & Storage Administration (VEEAM) Database Administration ( Oracle & SQL Server) NetApp administration Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with Site IT and configure hardware management con-soles for storage, SAN switches and servers (iDRAC/iLO/IMM). Install and configure VMware ESXi hypervisor OS. Connect with vCenter and create cluster configuration. Configure vSwitches and datastores. server VMs and perform server hardening per established standards and procedures.
