Job Type: Contract Job Category: IT Role: OpenText ALM Administrator Location: Remote Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced OpenText ALM Administrator to manage, configure, and support the OpenText Application Lifecycle Management (ALM/Quality Center) platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system stability, user access management, customization, integrations, and ongoing platform optimization to support QA and development teams. Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and maintain OpenText ALM / Quality Center environments. Manage projects, domains, user roles, permissions, and access control. Perform ALM upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and migrations. Configure workflows, custom fields, project templates, and modules (Requirements, Test Plan, Test Lab, Defects). Monitor ALM system performance and troubleshoot application issues. Manage ALM database connectivity (Oracle/SQL Server) and coordinate with DB teams. Perform backup, restore, and disaster recovery activities. Integrate ALM with other tools such as UFT, LoadRunner, Jira, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, or CI/CD pipelines. Support automation frameworks and execution results integration. Provide user support, onboarding, documentation, and training. Ensure compliance with SDLC, audit, and security standards. Work with QA, Dev, and Infrastructure teams to resolve ALM-related issues Required Skills DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR
