The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data management, analytics, and agile project delivery, serving as the bridge between business teams, data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality project execution. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end lifecycle of data-related projects: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery Coordinate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, developers, and business stakeholders Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs Ensure data governance, quality standards, and compliance with privacy/security regulations Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) to track progress and mitigate risks Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder reporting Ensure accurate documentation of processes, data flows, and project artifacts Support change management and training efforts tied to data platforms or tools Collaborate on data warehouse/migration, dashboard/reporting, AI/ML, or master data projects Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field 3–7 years of experience in project management with a focus on data, analytics, or IT PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification (preferred) Working knowledge of databases, data pipelines, ETL, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies Preferred: Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Python, or R Understanding of data privacy laws (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) Experience in industries such as healthcare, finance, e-commerce, or SaaS Why Join Us?
