Responsibilities • Global Leadership: Provide executive-level guidance and program oversight with a strategic focus on Phase 3 oncology trials. • Program Execution: Drive end-to-end delivery of clinical trials, including site selection, study startup, enrollment strategy, and risk mitigation. • Vendor Management: Oversee CROs and specialty vendors, ensuring seamless partnerships and robust financial management. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and other key teams for regulatory submissions and workflow integration. • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a dedicated global Clinical Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency. • Compliance & Quality: Maintain adherence to ICH-GCP and global regulatory standards while ensuring inspection-ready documentation.
