Must have a quiet workspace, wired internet, smartphone for authentication, and ability to pick up company equipment onsite.
Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Mason, OH 45040 (Remote – Local candidates only; must pick up equipment onsite) Pay Rate: $17/hour (W2) Client: Luxottica Schedule & Training: • Training: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Virtual) • Shifts: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, rotating Saturdays • Note: Weekday off provided when scheduled on Saturday Role Summary: Provide multi-channel support (phone, chat, email, social media) to customers, helping resolve issues and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
