Role Summary Real Integrated is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Lead to own end-to-end digital strategy, execution, measurement, and reporting across a multi-client portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who can build media plans, launch and optimize campaigns across multiple paid platforms, maintain clean analytics/tracking, and confidently communicate performance and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Media Planning • Build full-funnel media plans aligned to client goals, budgets, and seasonality. • Develop channel mix recommendations and justify spend allocation with performance insights and benchmarks. • Create measurement plans (KPIs, conversion events, attribution approach) prior to launch. Campaign Execution & Optimization • Launch and manage campaigns across platforms including: • Google Ads (Search/YouTube), Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Nextdoor, and programmatic/CTV via StackAdapt. • Own campaign structure, targeting, creative rotation, bidding, pacing, QA, and troubleshooting. • Perform weekly optimization: audience refinement, keyword/query mining, negative keywords, creative performance analysis, bid/budget adjustments, and landing page/CRO recommendations. • Maintain clear pacing controls to ensure campaigns deliver in full and on time. Analytics, Tracking & Reporting • Own tracking and measurement across GA4 and Google Tag Manager (event setup, conversion validation, troubleshooting). • Manage UTM standards and ensure reporting consistency across platforms. • Build and maintain client reporting dashboards (ex: AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio, etc.). • Deliver client-facing performance reporting: summarize results, explain drivers, and present recommended next actions. Client Communication & Account Support • Lead performance conversations with clients (status updates, insights, recommendations, planning). • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, account, leadership) to keep launches and deliverables on track. • Translate technical marketing concepts into clear, decision-ready takeaways for non-technical stakeholders. Operations & Administration • Support or manage campaign billing workflows, including invoice pacing reconciliation and internal documentation. • Maintain process documentation, QA checklists, and repeatable workflows to reduce operational friction. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on digital advertising experience (agency or in-house). • Proven multi-platform execution experience across paid search, paid social, and programmatic/CTV. • Strong proficiency in GA4 + GTM, conversion tracking, and campaign attribution basics. • Strong reporting and storytelling skills — you can explain “what happened and what we’re doing next” clearly. • Comfortable owning multiple priorities and operating independently in a fast-moving environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience managing a multi-client portfolio and presenting results directly to clients. • Experience with StackAdapt (or equivalent programmatic/CTV platform). • Experience with dashboards/reporting tools (AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio). • Working knowledge of creative testing frameworks and CRO fundamentals. • Experience with Fluency- Digital Operating System What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) • Campaigns are stable, tracking is reliable, and pacing is under control. • Reporting cadence is consistent and insights are actionable. • Clients feel informed and confident in the strategy and execution. • You’ve identified and implemented quick wins that improve efficiency and/or lead quality.
