About Real Infusions Real Infusions is a growing infusion provider delivering specialty therapies in a patient-centered clinical environment. As we expand into additional locations, we are building a scalable revenue cycle infrastructure to support long-term growth. This role will be instrumental in establishing and managing reimbursement operations across our organization. Position Overview We are seeking an Infusion Revenue Cycle Specialist with direct experience in infusion billing and Medicare Part B reimbursement. This individual will take ownership of claims, authorizations, payer follow-up, and denial management while helping build efficient workflows and processes that support multiple locations. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to help build revenue cycle operations from the ground up. Core Responsibilities • Manage infusion claim lifecycle from intake through payment • Submit and track Medicare Part B and commercial infusion claims • Resolve denials, rejections, and underpayments • Perform payer follow-ups and appeals • Verify benefits and manage authorization requirements • Monitor AR and maintain follow-up workflows • Identify reimbursement gaps or trends • Coordinate with clinical and intake teams to ensure documentation supports billing • Assist in developing scalable billing workflows and processes Required Qualifications • Direct infusion billing experience • Medicare Part B billing experience (required) • Prior authorization experience • Strong knowledge of payer reimbursement rules and claim adjudication • Experience handling appeals and complex denials • Familiarity with CPT / HCPCS coding for infusion services • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Preferred Qualifications • Experience with WeInfuse (major plus) • Background in buy-and-bill environments • Experience in specialty or infusion-focused practices Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: • Health insurance Application Question(s): • Where have you performed infusion billing, and what types of therapies or services did you bill? • Did your infusion billing experience involve Medicare Part B, Part D, or both?
