Our Health Policy Communications & Public Affairs team is seeking a Senior Account Manager with a strong focus on project management to join our growing team. What you’ll do: • Serve as day-to-day project manager for policy-focused accounts and large, integrated accounts, under supervision of account lead. • Deeply understand clients’ expectations and partner with account lead to ensure all deliverables meet client standards. Ensure client feedback is captured, understood, and addressed. • Manage project advancement by maintaining project trackers, managing internal team to ensure projects/deliverables are advancing and deadlines are met. • Partner with functional area-experts within the agency in support of coordinated projects. • Develop presentations and written materials and other internal/external communications that meet client objectives in the current health policy environment. • May supervise Account Associates and Account Managers to ensure they have the information and resources to perform assignments. Provide mentorship and support for career progression and performance. • Lead project financial management by supervising the teams’ budget, billing, and billable hours. Support invoicing and activity reports. What you should have: • 4+ years in a professional environment within the public relations, communications, and / or public affairs industries. Healthcare PR experience required. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. • Passion for healthcare, with notable pharmaceutical and/or healthcare policy expertise; experience with corporate or public affairs communications teams also preferred. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Ability to develop, edit, and communicate documents and presentations using Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel). • Must be highly organized, with a track record of following through on client requests and with high-quality deliverables on schedule and on budget. • Have a professional presence, perform with a sense of urgency and with a profound client service orientation. Pay Range: $70,000-$85,000 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
