Practice Leader, Advertising Analytics Company Overview: Real Chemistry’s Analytics and Insights group is an industry leading analytics practice focused on delivering high-impact solutions for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. We operate across four key disciplines: Primary Market Research (PMR), Social and Digital Analytics, Omnichannel Measurement, and Real-World Data Analytics. Our team is deeply committed to supporting the success of our clients through innovative, data-driven insights that empower strategic decision-making. As part of our growth strategy, we are investing in expanding our Advertising Analytics capabilities and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Leader to help us unlock new business opportunities and drive the success of this line of business which currently drives 3.8M in revenue. Role Overview The Practice Leader for Advertising Analytics will own the vision and delivery of analytics services across end-to-end advertising engagements. This leader will combine strategic insight, commercial acumen, and deep marketing expertise to embed analytics into creative marketing and omnichannel programs for healthcare clients, including leading life sciences company. The role requires growing revenue with analytics as a service, navigating complex matrixed organizations, and building and delivering analytics programs with staying power. What you'll do: • Revenue & Growth: Drive $5M annual revenue through analytics services across advertising AOR engagements with 21Grams, Real Chemistry’s advertising business unit. Develop and close opportunities for analytics solutions within pharma and healthcare marketing ecosystems through standalone projects and through pitching AOR assignments alongside 21Grams. • Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior marketing and advertising leaders. Build long-term analytics programs that integrate seamlessly into creative marketing and media workflows. Partner closely with senior marketing leadership, including the Chief Strategy Officer, to drive results and ensure analytics programs are fully aligned with strategic business objectives. • Analytics Strategy & Delivery: Design and adapt existing solutions specific to Advertising needs, leveraging existing service lines including social/digital analytics, primary market research, real world data analytics and omnichannel/outcomes measurement. Ensure analytics supports the full marketing lifecycle, from strategy through optimization. • Innovation and Delivery: Anticipate shifts in advertising driven by AI and emerging technologies. Position Real Chemistry as a leader in data-driven advertising innovation. Rethink traditional delivery models to surprise, delight, and stay “sticky” with clients. • Operational Framework Evolution: Develop the right approach to embedement, design, and delivery of analytics solutions for Real Chemistry’s advertising engagements, including the appropriate financial and staffing mix model to allow analytics and advertising to growth together. • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing analytics team. Foster collaboration across account, creative, and technology teams. Bring fresh thinking to the analytics leadership team and collaborate with service line leaders and other capability leaders (communications, medical) to learn and grow together. What you should have: • 15+ years in analytics leadership roles with advertising and marketing experience. • Proven success in selling analytics services and managing revenue targets. • Expertise in omnichannel marketing, creative, AI-driven analytics, and measurement frameworks. • Strong understanding of pharma marketing compliance and data governance. • Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders. Success Metrics • Achievement of $5M revenue target. • Growth in adoption of analytics programs across advertising engagements. • Development of scalable, AI-powered analytics offerings. Pay Range: $240,000-$270,000 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. We have office locations in cities in the US, UK, and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us. For employees who are within an hour of one of our offices, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients.
