Director, Talent Acquisition 21GRAMS is an innovative advertising agency dedicated to humanizing healthcare through creative advertising, marketing, and communications. We are seeking a dynamic and connected Director of Talent Acquisition who with a sharp focus on identifying and attracting mid to mid-senior level creative talent in the healthcare advertising, marketing, and communications sectors. This individual will serve as a talent matchmaker, possessing a keen understanding of industry trends and a robust network of award-winning professionals. They are curious and unwavering in their pursuit of finding the best talent to meet our needs. What you'll do: • Talent Matchmaking: This role is a strategic matchmaker, capable of not only identifying talent but also understanding where their skills and talents would be best served within the organization. This role will create and execute recruiting strategies leveraging not only the work, awards, and people of 21GRAMS but also the latest in technology (i.e. Greenhouse and AI platforms). While responsible for recruiting from entry-level to senior positions, there will be a keen focus on identifying up-and-coming junior talent and established mid-level talent who understand that great strategy leads to big ideas in transforming the healthcare experience - both full-time and having a network of freelance talent. • Business Partner: In addition to having a pulse on talent, this role will be responsible connecting the business needs (now and future) to the recruiting strategy. Understanding 21GRAMS business, clients and work to partner with leadership and HR Business Partner to anticipate needs and make sure right people in right role. • Industry Insight & Networking: In other words, the right candidate is curious and knows who's making the "hot work" across the industry-not only in healthcare, but also in consumer goods and services. They are connected or can connect with the talent. They know people... good and talented people, and those people will take their calls. • Business Partnership & Collaboration: Success in this role goes beyond sourcing great talent-it's about deeply understanding the business: current client work, upcoming pitches, and aligning people with the right skills and experience to meet evolving needs. This recruiter will build strong relationships and drive a seamless, transparent process that keeps hiring managers and leadership informed and engaged as true partners. They'll collaborate closely with department heads, business leaders, Finance, HR Business Partners, and others across the organization to ensure recruiting is proactive, strategic, and aligned with business goals. • Brand Ambassador: Represent 21GRAMS at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, promoting our brand and mission to potential candidates and industry peers. What you should have: • Proven experience in creative talent acquisition, with a strong track record in healthcare advertising, marketing, or communications-ideally within a fast-paced agency environment. • Previous experience working in or recruiting for marketing/advertising agencies, with a deep understanding of agency dynamics and creative workflows. • Trusted partner to leadership, with the ability to interpret and align with their vision and talent needs. • Strategic and business-minded, with the ability to connect current and future business needs to proactive talent pipelining. • Extensive industry network, with strong relationships across the creative healthcare space and a reputation as a connector and influencer. • Well-versed in industry trends, award-winning work, and the competitive landscape of healthcare advertising. • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, fostering trust with candidates and internal stakeholders. • Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment. • Curious and resourceful, with a relentless drive to uncover and engage top creative talent. • Purpose-driven, with a passion for contributing to meaningful work that impacts the healthcare industry. Pay Range: $110,000-$120,000 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have office locations in cities in the US, UK, and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us. For employees who are within an hour of one of our offices, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients. We are also actively opening new office locations, so if one opens near you, our Real HART policy will apply. We are not looking for attendance for the sake of attendance but believe that the opportunity to coordinate in-office team meetings, 1:1 meetings with managers, taking advantage of on-site learning, and connecting with client partners is a critical to delivering on our purpose of making healthcare what it should be.
