Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Child Care Center Director to lead our early childhood education program with enthusiasm and a strong commitment to quality care. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with licensing standards, foster a nurturing environment for children, and support staff development. Duties • Lead the overall management and daily operations of the child care center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning • Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development and learning • Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of care and education • Maintain compliance with all licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and accreditation requirements • Foster positive relationships with families, providing regular communication about children’s progress and center activities • Oversee enrollment processes, billing, record-keeping, and administrative tasks to ensure operational excellence • Promote a welcoming environment that encourages diversity, inclusion, and community engagement Requirements • MUST BE certified in early childhood education or a related field of study. • Proven experience in education administration or managing a childcare or preschool facility • Strong management skills with a track record of successfully leading teams and projects. • Experience in strategic planning and implementation of educational initiatives. • Advanced degree in Education or a related field is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams working with young children and their families • Strong knowledge of licensing standards, safety protocols, and best practices in early childhood education • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with staff, parents, licensing agencies, and community partners • Experience working with students or young learners enhances your ability to create engaging educational environments Join us in shaping the future by leading a vibrant childcare community where children thrive through innovative learning experiences.
