Position Overview We’re seeking a Senior IT Agile Project Manager to lead and coordinate key technology initiatives across Ready Rebound. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that IT and software projects are well-planned, well-communicated, and successfully delivered on time and within scope. This role blends classic project management with Agile delivery practices. You’ll manage sprint cycles, track dependencies across departments, facilitate communication between business and technical teams, and help drive operational efficiency within the IT organization. Key Responsibilities • Lead project planning and execution: Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resources across multiple IT and technology projects. • Facilitate Agile delivery: Serve as Scrum Master for the IT and Product Development teams, organizing sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to keep work aligned and moving forward. • Coordinate cross-functional efforts: Work with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to align project scope, objectives, and priorities. • Track and report progress: Maintain visibility into project health through dashboards, status reports, and regular updates to leadership. • Manage risks and dependencies: Identify issues early, coordinate resolution, and ensure projects stay on track. • Support platform enhancements: Collaborate with technical leads and vendors to implement system improvements, integrations, and workflow automations. • Drive continuous improvement: Help evolve Ready Rebound’s project delivery processes, tools, and standards to improve efficiency and predictability. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, Agile delivery, or related technical operations roles. • Strong background in managing cross-functional projects across software, data, or infrastructure domains. • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. • Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable technical plans and coordinate delivery among diverse teams. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong organizational and analytical mindset, with attention to detail and follow-through. • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and adapt to changing priorities. Bonus: • Experience in healthcare, start-up SaaS, or service-based industries. • Familiarity with Salesforce, AWS, or Microsoft 365 environments. • PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications.
