We’re already seeing strong traction, and now we’re looking for a founding Account Executive to supercharge our go-to-market motion. As one of our first GTM hires, you’ll not only drive revenue but help architect the entire sales process. You’ll work closely with the founders to shape our sales engine, influence product direction, and set the bar for what great looks like in early-stage sales. 💡 About the Role This role is built for someone who’s hungry to own the full sales lifecycle and thrives in high-ownership, zero-handholding environments. You'll be at the heart of Reacher’s revenue engine, working directly with business owners and e-commerce leaders to help them grow on TikTok Shop using our platform. In this role, you will: Own the Full Sales Cycle: From outbound prospecting and first touch to closing and onboarding — you’ll handle it all. Generate Pipeline: Build pipeline through outbound, inbound, partnerships, events, and AI-powered outreach tools. Drive Revenue: Close deals, grow accounts, and hit (or exceed) quota consistently. Build Relationships: Nurture direct relationships with business owners, marketers, and decision-makers. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Keep a tight feedback loop with founders, product, engineering, and customer success. Lay the Foundation: Help design scalable sales processes and GTM strategies as we grow the sales org from scratch. You’ll be successful if you… Have 3-5 years of AE experience at early or growth-stage startups (SDR/BDR experience is a plus). Have a proven track record of closing deals and beating quota. Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you build the playbook as you go. Love working directly with founders and cross-functional teams to shape the product and GTM motion. Know how to manage a full sales cycle: prospecting → demoing → closing → onboarding → retention. Have strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Are based in or willing to work from an SF office and travel for in-person meetings or events. Bonus Points You’re familiar with TikTok Shop, social commerce, or affiliate/creator marketing. You have an existing network of e-commerce or Amazon ecosystem customers. You’ve used CRMs like HubSpot and know how to work a pipeline. You’re comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, AI SDRs) to scale outreach and automate workflows. You’re scrappy, creative, and excited about building from zero in a high-growth startup environment.
