Reach Detroit is searching for a strategic, creative, and platform-obsessed Digital Content Lead to drive channel growth through innovation, hands-on leadership, and flawless execution of our social strategies. In this role, you’ll help lead the day-to-day operations of our team, oversee and guide our content creators, and champion forward-thinking ideas that elevate performance across organic and paid channels to make a meaningful impact on 550K+ current audience members. About You: You’re a creative thinker, an analytical problem-solver, and a platform-native storyteller. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love being on camera and behind it, and understand what truly drives engagement and growth. What you’ll be doing: ◦ Execute social strategies for the Reach Detroit client portfolio ◦ Support the day-to-day management of our internal team and content creators ◦ Translate insights and platform trends into actionable plans with a focus on growth and engagement ◦ Create high-performing content for both organic and paid channels, with strong instincts for hooks, pacing, aesthetics, and platform-first storytelling ◦ Lead team and client content shoot days, ensuring high-quality content is delivered and the schedule is maximized ◦ Partner with relevant team members and clients to support campaigns, creative needs, and strategy-testing You’ll succeed in this role if you have: ◦ 5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy ◦ A proven track record of executing social strategies and driving channel growth ◦ Strong experience producing and editing short-form social video content ◦ High-level reporting skills and comfort with social analytics and insights ◦ Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Meta tools, and emerging platforms ◦ Excellent communication, organization, multitasking and leadership skills ◦ A passion for testing, iterating, and pushing creative boundaries If you’re a chronically-online creative who loves data, turning ideas into impact and owns every result, apply now.
