Through innovative preservation programs, the digital marketplace, and best-in-class custom planting and transplanting services, we create environmental, social, and economic impact for communities, developers, municipalities, and property owners. Role Summary: We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead projects from planning through execution across: • RE-TREE services (tree transplanting, on-site relocation, plant health care) • RE-TREE program (commercial tree revenue program) • Green Acres Tree Farm custom planting projects (residential) This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work—for both our clients and the trees. What Success Looks Like in This Role: • Manage projects end-to-end: scope, schedule, logistics, and close-out • Coordinate tree preservation, relocation, custom planting, transplanting, and aftercare • Schedule crews, equipment, deliveries, and site access • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams • Ensure projects follow ANSI standards, arboricultural best practices, and company protocols • Track progress, manage changes, and keep projects on time and on budget • Maintain accurate documentation, schedules, and project records What Skills You’ll Bring: • 3+ years’ experience in project management, operations, construction, landscaping, arboriculture, or related fields • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Comfort working with field teams, clients, and external partners • A proactive, accountable mindset • Passion for sustainability, stewardship, and doing things the right way Growth Path: This is a career-building role with a clear trajectory as the organization scales: Project Manager → Own individual projects and client relationships → Manage schedules, logistics, and execution Senior Project Manager → Lead complex, multi-site or municipal projects → Mentor junior team members → Influence process improvement and standards Director of Operations / Programs (future opportunity) → Oversee project portfolios across RE-TREE and Green Acres Tree Farm → Shape operational strategy, staffing, and systems → Partner directly with leadership on growth initiatives Why You’ll Enjoy Working Here: • Compensation: Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience • Performance-based incentives – employee bonus pool • A collaborative, entrepreneurial team • Exposure to innovative projects across preservation, planting, and development • Opportunity to grow with a company at the forefront of the green industry • Opportunity for expanded responsibility and compensation as the company grows • Purpose-driven work with real environmental and community impact Benefits: • Paid time off Work Location: In person
