Requires at least 1 year experience with infants/toddlers, CDA/TCC/ECE degree or in progress, CPR and First Aid certification, understanding of child development, strong communication and teamwork, and ability to meet physical demands.

We’re looking for a dedicated pre-school teacher to join our nurturing and collaborative team. In this role, you’ll create meaningful learning experiences for infants and toddlers—supporting their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development in a safe and loving environment. Duties • Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that foster curiosity, sensory exploration, and early skill-building. • Provide responsive, high-quality care, including feeding, diapering, and guiding daily routines. • Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom that encourages exploration and growth. • Observe and document each child's developmental milestones, and communicate progress with families. • Implement positive guidance and behavior management strategies that promote respect, empathy, and independence. • Collaborate with fellow teachers to ensure consistency in curriculum and care across classrooms. • Participate in professional development, training sessions, and team meetings to enhance teaching practices. • Uphold all state licensing, health, and safety standards Requirements • Education: CDA, TCC, or a Degree in Early Childhood Education (required or in progress). • Experience: Minimum of 1 year working with infants or toddlers in an early learning or childcare setting. • Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). • Demonstrated understanding of child development principles and best practices for early education. • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a nurturing and patient approach. • Ability to meet physical demands of the position (lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, standing, etc.). • Must successfully pass all background checks and health screenings. Nice To Haves • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. • Experience developing or adapting infant/toddler curriculum. • Bilingual abilities (Spanish, French, or other languages). • Familiarity with state quality-rated programs or accreditation standards.
