Software Engineer Location Remote. We’re interested in candidates based in the United States except CA, WA, OR and CO. Collaboration from your home office will primarily occur during Eastern Time Zone hours. The Role We’re seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and deliver modern applications using Microsoft and JavaScript frameworks. This role is ideal for a developer who thrives in full-stack environments and is eager to integrate AI into the software development lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable solutions that power real business impact. What You’ll Do Develop and deploy applications using C#, .NET 6+, SQL Server, React/Next.js. Apply AI tools and best practices to enhance coding, testing, and delivery workflows Collaborate with stakeholders across industries including manufacturing, financial services, and retail Contribute across the full stack: user interface, database, and services Support third-party integrations and deployment services Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, helping to estimate and plan work Grow your skills through RDA’s Continuous Learning program, which provides a bonus for training goals, learning objectives, and certification exams What We’re Looking For 2 - 4 years full stack development experience in a cloud environment using .NET/C# (6 or higher required), React/Next.js, jQuery (for legacy support) and SQL Server Experience integrating AI tools into the software development process Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) preferred Why Join RDA?
