Current BCBA certification with at least 2 years of ABA experience, strong knowledge of behavior analysis, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

What You Bring: - You hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. - You have at least 2 years of experience providing ABA services, preferably in home care settings. - You possess strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and assessment tools. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and families. - You are proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting. - You have the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with pediatric populations with autism spectrum disorder. - Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. - Additional certifications or training in related therapeutic approaches. - Bilingual abilities to support diverse client communities.
