Role Overview: As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at RCM Healthcare, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients in their homes. You will collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote positive behavioral changes. What You'll Do: - You will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based ABA treatment plans. - You will provide direct supervision and training to ABA therapists and support staff. - You will monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure effective outcomes. - You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support client goals. - You will maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. - You will participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings to stay current with best practices. - You will ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and organizational policies in all service delivery. What You Bring: - You hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. - You have at least 2 years of experience providing ABA services, preferably in home care settings. - You possess strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and assessment tools. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and families. - You are proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting. - You have the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with pediatric populations with autism spectrum disorder. - Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. - Additional certifications or training in related therapeutic approaches. - Bilingual abilities to support diverse client communities.
