Role Overview: As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at RCM Healthcare, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in their homes. You will collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans that promote positive behavioral changes. What You'll Do: - You will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. - You will provide direct supervision and training to ABA therapists and support staff. - You will monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on data analysis. - You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care. - You will maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. - You will participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives. - You will stay current with best practices and emerging research in behavior analysis. What You Bring: - You have a valid BCBA certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. - You possess strong knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and ethical guidelines. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and families. - You are proficient in data collection, analysis, and behavior intervention planning. - You demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in home-based ABA therapy settings. - Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and data management software. - Additional certifications or training in related therapeutic approaches. - Bilingual skills or experience working with diverse populations.
