MYRIDIUS Digital Transformation business is focused on both IT strategy and MYRIDIUS’s engineering offerings which include Data, Cloud, Quality Engineering, as well as Digital Strategy and Sustainment, Advanced Analytics AI, and Machine Learning. Top Requirements: • Deep client development sales skills • Influence & persuasion to build strong business relationships • Strategic thinking and business acumen to drive awareness and mindfulness around understanding clients and seeking further opportunities within accounts • Active listening • Organizational savvy and relationship building • Planning & priority setting • Composure and resiliency • Sense of urgency Individuals that will succeed at MYRIDIUS are ones that have built contacts who have purchased from them multiple times on high visibility projects. The candidate must have a working knowledge of Digital Transformation, and how to position that within a customer business environment.
