Join us as a Commercial Relationship Manager Assistant • This is a great opportunity to develop your career profile, as you work with our relationship managers in our Commercial & Private Banking function • We’ll look to you to enhance customer satisfaction through the delivery of high quality customer interactions and experiences • Joining a collaborative and friendly team, you’ll benefit from great development opportunities and stakeholder exposure What you'll do You’ll be assisting our relationship managers in the smooth running of their portfolios, supporting them to deliver the best solutions for their customers. Through customer referrals, you’ll help them to achieve business wins, adding value to our existing customer relationships and helping to attract new ones. Along with this, you’ll be a point of contact for employees and customers to help them with their issues and queries, making sure you always going the extra mile and striving to exceed their expectations. Day to day, you’ll be: • Effectively using tools for contact and strategy planning in order to identify and meet customer needs • Supporting the Relationship Management team in maintaining and developing working relationships with stakeholders in the bank • Providing our customers with products and services that are appropriate for their needs The skills you'll need Delivering excellent customer service will be a key part of your role, so you’ll need to have the ability to meet your customer deadlines and exceed their expectations. You’ll need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to use thought leadership to bring knowledge and insight to the customer. As part of this role, you’ll also be working towards an externally recognised qualification that will help you deliver an outstanding service to our customers.
