For more information, please visit us at www.rbci.com. Position Summary: The Junior Analyst will support the Veterans Health Administration's (VHA) Medical Supply Program Office (MSPO) Genz Program. This program is mandatory for all Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISNs) and is aimed at streamlining logistics and strategic sourcing processes to better serve Veterans and reduce costs. The Junior Analyst will support the development and implementation of a stakeholder engagement plan, using data analysis/visualization tools to identify and clearly communicate evidence-based, actionable insights in support of the VHA MSPO mission. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating field outreach on support sessions, supporting the creation of end-user training and mini-learnings, and translating contract requirements into insights for field stakeholders. The Junior Analyst will be part of a team to operationalize the Medical/Surgical Prime Vendor (MSPV) Gen Z Program by leveraging skills in data analysis, visualization, change management and stakeholder relations. Duties and Responsibilities The essential and specific functions for this role include but are not limited to: • Perform data analysis and data visualization on large-scale datasets from communications systems between VHA field offices, MSPV prime vendors, and associated stakeholders to identify trends, measure performance, and inform strategic decision-making. • Convert raw data into Excel spreadsheets and develop and maintain interactive Dashboards using MS Power BI within a government environment • Generate recommendations based on data analysis; leverage data to support collaboration between vendors and field offices. • Provide leadership in change management as recommendations are developed and implemented. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) • Strong stakeholder engagement and strategy experience • Contract management knowledge and strong understanding of healthcare supply chain management at the federal level • Educational requirements: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent in a related field; or has equivalent work experience. • Program Management Office (PMO) experience; Strong stakeholder engagement experience; Strong data analysis and data visualization experience. • Experience in MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) MS Excel, and data visualizations tools (Power BI) • Experience handling ambiguous tasks and cross-workstream collaboration • Strong attention to detail, time management, written and oral communication, and collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple and overlapping priorities concurrently Clearance level: Required: VHA Suitability, preferably existing VA PIV/CAG Access RBCI is an equal opportunity employer.
