Job Summary: The Next Generation Jammer Material Program Manager (MPM) is a strong leader with a demonstrated track record of delivering outstanding performance and collaboration in a cross-functional team operating in a matrixed organization. The MPM will be responsible for material strategies and plans supporting Sustainment execution and OTD requirements for Special Test Equipment (STE) and Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) while driving efforts to achieve material sales goals and delivering efficiencies to the Next Generation Jammer factory in Forest, Mississippi. The successful candidate must have excellent written and oral communications skills. They should be able to lead both tactical and strategic efforts, and work with cross-functional teams. They will be supporting the program and factory to facilitate the strategy and transition of demand requirements into executable plans with Supply Chain and our supply base. They will have operations, supply chain, or materials management experience and exhibit leadership skills with the ability to influence and effectively communicate across the organization. What You Will Do • Participate in program, IPTL, and supplier meetings as a core SCM member • Review and burn down SCM metrics and provide Materials Management metric support, as needed • Develop and drive material sales and monthly material forecasting • Partner with Procurement and Supplier Performance Management to resolve supplier issues • Support proposal activities for future contracts Qualification You Must Have: • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 2 years experience • Commitment to obtain MPM level 4 certification within 1 year of accepting position • Professional experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Production Control, or Engineering Qualifications We Prefer: • MPM Level 4 certification • Experience with Depot/Sustainment execution and/or STE/PSE What We Offer • Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
