Construction Project Manager Role Summary Owns the job from award through closeout. Sets up the project, coordinates office work, manages schedule, controls documentation, oversees procurement, and keeps the job moving. Primary Responsibilities • Convert approved estimates into projects. • Set up the project, folders, team assignments, schedule, contract documents, and Schedule of Values. • Coordinate contract review, customer signatures, and project kickoff. • Create and manage purchase orders, subcontracts, submittals, permits, and project files. • Coordinate with the Field Superintendent before and during production. • Review daily logs, RFIs, change issues, schedule concerns, and job progress. • Prepare pay app information with Finance. • Manage punch list, closeout documents, and final customer handoff. • Keep the project record clean and current. Pay: $67,393.05 - $100,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
