They’re transforming how physical networks are designed, deployed, and managed, combining hardware, software, and operations into one unified platform. As a Technician Operations - TPM, you’ll be at the core of global network deployments, ensuring installations happen smoothly, efficiently, and at scale. You’ll guide field technicians in real time, troubleshoot complex networking and hardware challenges, and develop tools and systems that make installations seamless. What You’ll Do • Lead live installation support, guiding technicians and resolving blockers in real time • Troubleshoot and document networking and hardware issues, ensuring fixes are durable • Track progress across active installs, sharing updates with project and engineering teams • Identify recurring issues and collaborate on better tools, playbooks, or product improvements • Translate field feedback into actionable insights that improve installation quality and speed Qualifications: • 2 - 10 years of experience in IT project management or technical support / escalation engineer roles • Networking technical background or experience as a technician or coordinating with technicians in the field - MUST HAVE • Skilled in troubleshooting, managing deadlines, and leading distributed teams • Strong communication and documentation skills; you bridge technical and non-technical teams • Thrive under pressure, stay calm during live issues, and love building systems that scale • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
