Job Title: Sales Representative - North Brunswick & Surrounding Company Overview: Raycap Holdings, LLC is a dynamic leader in the electrical components industry, committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service. With a strong presence in the market, Raycap supports a diverse portfolio of products through its Summit Motor Products branch, known for quality and reliability. Role Overview: As a Sales Representative for the North Brunswick and surrounding areas, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, expanding customer accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, representing Summit Motor Products and fostering strong business relationships. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets within your territory. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. - You will maintain and grow existing accounts by providing excellent customer service and support. - You will conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on our offerings. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. - You will track market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics. - You will prepare sales reports and forecasts to support business planning. - You will attend industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness. What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial or electrical product sales. - You have strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients. - You possess a solid understanding of sales processes and CRM software. - You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to cover the assigned territory. - You demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with motor products or electrical components sales. - Existing relationships with customers in the North Brunswick area. - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. - A technical background or understanding of electrical systems.
