Role Overview: As a Sales Representative for the North Brunswick and surrounding areas, you will be the driving force behind sales growth and customer engagement for the Summit Motor Products branch. Your role is pivotal in expanding our market presence, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within your territory. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in your assigned territory. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. - You will maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize account potential. - You will provide expert product knowledge and support to customers, addressing their needs effectively. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer service. - You will track market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. - You will prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. - You will report regularly on sales performance and market feedback to management. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial products or related fields. - Strong knowledge of motor products, pumps, or electrical components is highly desirable. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the North Brunswick or New Jersey industrial market. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Technical background or training in electrical or mechanical engineering. - Bilingual abilities to support diverse customer base.
