Job Title: Sales Representative - North Brunswick & Surrounding Company Overview: Raycap Holdings, LLC is a dynamic and growing company specializing in electrical and electronic components distribution. Our Summit Motor Products branch is a key player in providing high-quality motor products and solutions. Role Overview: As a Sales Representative for the North Brunswick and surrounding areas, you will be the driving force behind sales growth and customer engagement. Your primary focus will be to expand our market presence, build strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction within your assigned territory. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the North Brunswick territory. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base. - You will maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. - You will provide product knowledge and technical support to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and customer service. - You will track sales activities and report on market trends and competitor activities. - You will attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products. - You will ensure timely resolution of customer issues to maintain high satisfaction levels. What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial or electrical product sales. - You have strong communication and negotiation skills. - You possess a solid understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. - You are self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your territory effectively. - You have proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the motor products or electrical components industry. - Existing relationships with clients in the North Brunswick area. - Technical knowledge related to motor products or electrical systems. - A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
