Job Title: Sales Representative - North Brunswick & Surrounding Company Overview: Raycap Holdings, LLC is a leading provider of innovative electrical and electronic solutions, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Role Overview: As a Sales Representative for the North Brunswick and surrounding areas, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, expanding customer accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will represent Summit Motor Products, building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities within your territory. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the North Brunswick area. - You will identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the Summit Motor Products customer base. - You will manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals and post-sale support. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded. - You will provide product knowledge and technical support to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions. - You will track sales activities and report on performance metrics regularly. - You will attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote Summit Motor Products. - You will stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial products or motor/power transmission sectors. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for territory travel. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the North Brunswick or New Jersey sales markets. - Technical knowledge of motor products and power transmission components. - Existing relationships with local businesses and industry contacts. - Familiarity with digital sales tools and online marketing strategies.
