Job Title: Sales Representative - North Brunswick & Surrounding Company Overview: Raycap Holdings, LLC is a dynamic and growing company specializing in innovative electrical and electronic solutions. Role Overview: As a Sales Representative for the North Brunswick and surrounding areas, you will be the key driver of sales growth and customer engagement for the Summit Motor Products branch. Your role is to build and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction through expert product knowledge and service excellence. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory. - You will manage and grow existing customer accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities. - You will provide expert product knowledge and technical support to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. - You will conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. - You will prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs. - You will maintain accurate sales records and reports to track performance and forecast future sales. - You will participate in trade shows and networking events to promote the company and expand your professional network. What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in electrical components or industrial products. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships. - You possess a solid understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices. - You are self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. - You have proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the North Brunswick or New Jersey regional market. - Technical background or knowledge in electrical or motor products. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. - Ability to travel within the assigned territory regularly.
