Job Title: Sales Representative - North Brunswick & Surrounding Company Overview: Raycap Holdings, LLC is a dynamic and growing company specializing in electrical and electronic components distribution. Our Summit Motor Products branch is known for providing high-quality motor products and exceptional customer support in the North Brunswick area. Role Overview: As a Sales Representative for the North Brunswick and surrounding areas, you will be the key driver of sales growth and customer engagement for Summit Motor Products. Your role is to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction within your assigned territory. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the North Brunswick territory. - You will manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new prospects. - You will provide expert product knowledge and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met. - You will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product delivery and resolve any issues. - You will maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales activities. - You will attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote Summit Motor Products. - You will stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial or motor products sales. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the North Brunswick or New Jersey market. - Technical knowledge of motor products or related electrical components. - A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Ability to travel within the assigned territory regularly.
