Job Title: Sales Representative - North Brunswick & Surrounding Company Overview: Raycap Holdings, LLC is a leading provider of innovative electrical and electronic solutions, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. With a strong presence in the industry, Raycap supports a diverse range of clients through its specialized branches, including Summit Motor Products, which focuses on motor and power transmission products. Role Overview: As a Sales Representative for the North Brunswick and surrounding areas, you will be the key driver of sales growth and customer engagement for the Summit Motor Products branch. Your role is to build and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction through expert product knowledge and service excellence. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory. - You will manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing tailored solutions and ongoing support. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors. - You will prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations to clients. - You will track sales activities and report on performance metrics regularly. - You will attend industry events and trade shows to expand your professional network. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial products or related fields. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with motor products or power transmission equipment sales. - Existing network of contacts in the North Brunswick and surrounding industrial sectors. - Technical knowledge of electrical or mechanical components. - Bilingual abilities to support diverse customer base.
