Job Title: Sales Representative - North Brunswick & Surrounding Company Overview: Raycap Holdings, LLC is a leading provider of innovative electrical and electronic solutions, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. With a strong presence in the industry, Raycap supports a diverse range of clients through its specialized branches, including Summit Motor Products, which focuses on motor and power transmission products. Role Overview: As a Sales Representative for the North Brunswick and surrounding areas, you will be the key driver of sales growth and customer engagement for the Summit Motor Products branch. Your role is essential in expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within your assigned territory. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the North Brunswick territory. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts. - You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and personalized service. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer needs. - You will provide product knowledge and technical support to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions. - You will track sales metrics and report on performance to management. - You will attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote Summit Motor Products. - You will stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial products or motor/power transmission sectors. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a defined territory. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with Summit Motor Products or similar product lines. - Technical background or understanding of motor and power transmission products. - Existing relationships with customers in the North Brunswick area. - Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency.
