Role Overview: As a Sales Representative for the North Brunswick and surrounding areas, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction within your territory. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of Summit Motor Products by promoting our product lines and services. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the North Brunswick territory. - You will identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets. - You will provide expert product knowledge and support to customers, helping them select the best solutions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. - You will conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. - You will prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs. - You will manage account growth by upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services. - You will maintain accurate sales records and report on sales performance metrics. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in electrical components or related industries. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a defined territory. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for territory travel. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with Summit Motor Products or similar product lines. - Technical knowledge of electrical motors and components. - Existing network of contacts within the North Brunswick and surrounding areas. - Bilingual abilities to support diverse customer base.
