Role Overview: As a Sales Representative for the North Brunswick and surrounding areas, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, expanding customer accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will represent Summit Motor Products, building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. What You'll Do: - You will actively manage and grow sales within the assigned territory, focusing on North Brunswick and nearby regions. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs. - You will identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. - You will provide product knowledge and technical support to customers. - You will track sales metrics and report on performance regularly. - You will attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and network. - You will stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in electrical components or related industries. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the North Brunswick or New Jersey regional market. - Technical knowledge of motor products or electrical components. - A network of contacts within the electrical or industrial sectors. - A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
