Job Title: Sales Representative - North Brunswick & Surrounding Company Overview: Raycap Holdings, LLC is a dynamic leader in the electrical components industry, committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service. With a strong presence in the market, Raycap supports a diverse portfolio of products through its subsidiary, Summit Motor Products, known for quality and reliability. Role Overview: As a Sales Representative for the North Brunswick and surrounding areas, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while promoting our product lines and strengthening relationships. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets within your assigned territory. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. - You will identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products. - You will provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients as needed. - You will prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management. - You will attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our brand. What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in electrical components or industrial products. - You have strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with diverse clients. - You possess a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - You are self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your territory efficiently. - You have proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the North Brunswick or New Jersey regional market. - Technical knowledge of motor products or related electrical components. - A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Familiarity with digital sales tools and social media marketing.
