Job Title: Sales Representative - North Brunswick & Surrounding Company Overview: Raycap Holdings, LLC is a leading provider of innovative electrical and electronic solutions, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Role Overview: As a Sales Representative for the North Brunswick and surrounding areas, you will be the key driver of sales growth and customer engagement for the Summit Motor Products branch. Your role is to build and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction within your territory. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in your assigned territory. - You will manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking. - You will provide expert product knowledge and technical support to customers. - You will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and resolve customer issues. - You will prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs. - You will maintain accurate sales records and report on market trends and competitor activities. - You will participate in trade shows and industry events to promote Summit Motor Products. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial or electrical product sales. - Strong knowledge of motor products, power transmission, or related technical fields. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the North Brunswick or New Jersey industrial market. - Technical background or training in electrical engineering or related disciplines. - Established network of contacts within the industrial or manufacturing sectors. - Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
